Last updated: 25 August 2026
This policy applies to the website todoesdata.com, owned by GLOBAL DATA ANALITICA, S.L., Tax ID (NIF) B10578045, with registered address at C/ Posada de Lluc 8 – Local 2, Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands, Spain). You can contact us at hola@todoesdata.com.
Summary
- Cookies used: first-party and third-party
- Used for statistics? YES
- Used for advertising? NO
- Legal basis: your consent, except for strictly necessary cookies (Art. 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI)
1.- What a cookie is and what other technologies this policy covers
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser (computer, mobile or tablet) used to save and retrieve information about your browsing; for example, to remember your session or your language preferences.
This policy also covers other similar technologies for storing or accessing information on your device and for tracking, such as pixels or tracking beacons, local storage objects, device identifiers, SDKs embedded in applications and device fingerprinting techniques. When this policy refers to «cookies», it refers to all of them collectively. This is a relevant clarification on this site: the anti-bot protection service used in the contact form relies on local storage objects rather than cookies in the strict sense, and is equally covered by this policy.
2.- Types of cookies
According to how long they remain:
- Session cookies: deleted when you close the browser or leave the page.
- Persistent cookies: remain on your device for the period stated in the table in section 5, after which they cease to function.
According to their purpose:
- Technical or strictly necessary cookies: enable the basic operation of the site, remember your choice about cookies and protect forms against automated submission. These are the only ones that do not require your consent.
- Analytics or measurement cookies: allow the number of users to be counted and site usage to be analysed statistically.
On this site we do not use advertising, behavioural advertising, personalisation or performance cookies. The advertising service that the site included until August 2026 has been removed.
3.- Legal basis and consent
Except for technical or strictly necessary cookies, we only use cookies with your consent, which we request through the banner or settings panel displayed when you access the site (Art. 22.2 LSSI and Arts. 4(11), 6(1)(a) and 7 GDPR).
In the first layer of the banner you can accept all cookies, reject all of them —both options are available with equal prominence— or configure them granularly by purpose. Rejecting them does not limit your access to the site or its content.
You may withdraw or change your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, from the cookie settings panel, permanently accessible through the fixed 45 × 45 px floating icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the site.
We keep a record of your choice and its date. Your selection is remembered for a maximum of 12 months, after which we will ask for your consent again.
4.- Third-party recipients and international transfers
The third parties listed in the table in section 5 may receive information collected through their cookies and process it in accordance with their own policies, which we recommend you consult:
- Google Ireland Limited — analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and bot protection (reCAPTCHA) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
- CookieYes Limited — cookie consent management — https://www.cookieyes.com/privacy-policy/
Some of these providers may transfer data to the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission —the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, approved by Decision of 10 July 2023, where the provider is certified— or on the appropriate safeguards of Articles 46 et seq. GDPR, in particular the standard contractual clauses of Decision (EU) 2021/914.
5.- Cookies used on this site
5.1.- Strictly necessary cookies and storage (no consent required)
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Duration | Transfers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
cookieyes-consent | CookieYes Limited (third party) | Technical: remember and evidence your choice about the use of cookies | 1 year | United Kingdom, Ireland and Malta. The provider is CookieYes Limited, a UK entity covered by an adequacy decision, so no additional safeguards are required |
_grecaptcha | Google Ireland Limited (third party) | Technical and security: reCAPTCHA v3, distinguishing humans from bots in the contact form. It is a local storage object, not a cookie in the strict sense | No expiry set | USA (Data Privacy Framework) |
rc::a / rc::c | Google Ireland Limited (third party) | Technical: reCAPTCHA verification session. They are set depending on the variant of the mechanism the provider serves at any given time; the site uses v3, whose object is _grecaptcha | No expiry set / session | USA (Data Privacy Framework) |
reCAPTCHA. The contact form is protected with reCAPTCHA v3, from Google Ireland Limited, to prevent automated submissions. It is loaded only on the pages containing the form and performs a security function for that functionality, so it does not require consent (Art. 22(2) LSSI). Google may process this data in the United States, under the Data Privacy Framework.
5.2.- Cookies subject to your consent
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Duration | Transfers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Ireland Limited (third party) | Analytics: distinguish users (Google Analytics 4) | Up to 24 months | USA (Data Privacy Framework) |
_ga_X2R98ZHCQF | Google Ireland Limited (third party) | Analytics: maintain session state (Google Analytics 4, property G-X2R98ZHCQF) | Up to 24 months | USA (Data Privacy Framework) |
6.- How to configure or disable cookies from your browser
In addition to the settings panel referred to in section 3 —which is the appropriate way to withdraw your consent on this site— you can allow, block or delete the cookies installed on your device from your browser. If you block the installation of all cookies, some site functions may be limited.
